Aside from hand picking only the top tier suppliers to ensure the quality remains top notch, we also ensure all safety requirements are completed before our products reach our valuable customers. A simple example like ensuring our AC adaptors are safety mark compliant requires a lot of time and additional financial resources to complete even before a sale is made. Would our customers even know the difference? Perhaps not. But we won't have it any other way. If a product is only viable at the expense of cutting corners, we'd rather skip it altogether.
Maintaining these stringent standards come at a cost. In many instances, the cost per unit goes up substantially. While we do not prioritize our profits at all cost, we are not naïve to the fact that every business has to earn a profit otherwise it is not sustainable. So how do we do that?

We are a group of friends who started this business to bring high quality affordable goods into Singapore. We are quite aware that anybody can bring in products into Singapore for distribution, but we believe not everyone can do it cost effectively while maintaining high standards.

We try to cut costs where we can, like going direct to our customers, reducing transaction costs or even saving on our website development. That will help, but that alone is insufficient.
Our team has a diverse background in the various retail functions. Collectively we have more than 30 years of experience in our respective fields. We use our expertise and contacts in the industry to tirelessly negotiate on behalf of our customers. We ensure the structural costs of our operations are as low as possible, and we optimize the supply chain as efficiently as possible. Each function may only bring the costs down a little bit, but collectively, all these little actions help bring the overall cost down meaningfully. This helps us keep costs low in a sustainable manner.
